The use of Artificial Intelligence has entered the world of condensate pumps with the launch of Hartell’s new, state-of-the-art Retail Refrigeration pumps. With its proactive AI technology, predictive analytics, diagnostics, and a proactive alarm system, Hartell's self-learning, self-monitoring condensate pumps prevent water damage or refrigeration unit shutdown. Hartell's new condensate pumps for retail refrigerated display cases use artificial intelligence to warn the customer of potential system failures via instant, non-intrusive visual and audible alerts. The notifications help prevent system downtime and water damage from the condensate water produced.
Thanks to Hartell's self-calibrating AI technology and the maintenance monitor, there is no need for specialist commissioning or installation training.
The built-in pro-active alarm system provides 6 alarm states which ensure that the pumps are regularly maintained and cleared of debris that could cause premature pump failure. The pro-active AI alarm system can monitor and detect the following conditions:
The Hartell retail refrigeration pump performs up to 90 feet with its pumping head. This makes it suitable for all types of retail applications where the pump is installed in the main shopping area.
Depending on a vertical pumping head, the Hartell retail refrigirated pump can pump up to 300 feet horizontally. This makes it ideal for installation, where gravity drains for condensate cannot be achieved.
Positive displacement pump technology is ideal for installations that require heads or long horizontal pumping runs. Designed with three built-in check valves, the positive displacement pump reduces the risk of contamination and downtime.
The large tank capacity can hold 1 gallon of water, which makes it ideal for multiple case installations.
Built with high grade 304 stainless steel, the Hartell retail refrigeration pump ensures long life without the risk of metal deterioration.
The Hartell retail refrigeration pump uses a single water level switch, which is much less prone to debris contamination than a secondary switch used by competitors.
The Hartell retail refrigerated pump series includes two models, the HDP-Ai-H1 and HDP-Ai-V1. The HDP range comes in two footprints, a low profile H1 version and a higher profile V1 version; both types come with an impressive 105-foot vertical pumping head and 300-foot horizontal run depending on the pumping head. Both H1 and V1 models are available in either 115v or 220v.
