Hartell utility sink pumps are used when gravity drainage is not possible. They help pump wastewater from areas without floor drains to a higher or distant drain line. Their strong design and sturdy build make them a great option for laundry trays, utility sinks, wet bars, and kitchenettes.
Hartell utility sink drain pumps are engineered to deliver exceptional performance and long-lasting reliability to effortlessly handle sink wastewater from utility sinks, laundry tubs, and other below-drain fixtures. A unitized design and rugged construction make them a natural choice for any drain application.
Our pumps are powerhouse performers designed to conquer even the trickiest wastewater challenges. From laundry rooms and utility sinks to basement workshops and wet bars, these pumps handle it all with effortless ease.
Hartell LTA model utility sink pumps are designed as completely self-contained units that are easy to connect directly to laundry tray tubs, providing a time saving solution. Lightweight and compact, these models eliminate reservoirs, traps, extra fittings and costly labor. LTA models do not require floor space and allow the sink installation without breaking concrete to drain. They mount directly to the sink tailpiece.
A pressure switch turns the pump on automatically as water drains from the sink and turns the pump off when all the water has been completely removed. The combination of a quiet operation and compact size makes the LTA a perfect choice for any application.
The LTP/LTS model pumps have a higher capacity and come with reservoirs.- The LTP models are for medium capacity.
- The LTS models are for high capacity.
They move large amounts of water in commercial and industrial air-conditioning systems. They are also used in large refrigeration units. These pumps can connect several drains into one disposal pump. The LTS & LTP pumps operate automatically. Water from the tub/sink drains into the tank where it raises the float to a pre-set power on point.
Water is pumped out through the discharge and passes through the check valve to the drain line. The float drops with the water level to a pre-set power off point. The check valve prevents the water from flowing back into the tank.
