Ivyland, PA | June 21, 2021 – Hartell announces a new line of refrigeration condensate pumps for the retail market. The AI-enabled series is the first of its kind designed with predictive monitoring to identify potential faults, preventing costly downtime in retail refrigeration displays and cabinets.
With built-in AI technology, the positive displacement refrigeration pumps can learn and record their environment, allowing continuous monitoring of all aspects of the operation and installation. The HDP-AI-X model’s non-intrusive audible alarm highlights any alarm status, without causing major disruption, while the multi-function visual indicator provides instant diagnostics for the maintenance engineer with a quick and easy diagnostic of the system status.
The HDP-AI-V1 model features a 2-gallon (7.8 l) tank and installs vertically. The low-profile HDP-AI-H1 is only 2.44 inches (62 mm) high with a 1-gallon (4 l) tank. Both models come standard with AI and the self-calibrating pump monitoring system with alarm, a 115 ft (35m) pumping head, 21 gal/hour (80 l/hr) flow rate, and BMS interface via volt-free N/C-N/O contacts.
The AI-enabled line of refrigeration condensate pumps reinforces Hartell’s position as a technology leader in the commercial condensate and refrigeration industries. Learn more about Hartell at http://hartell.com/.
