Since 1960 Hartell Pumps has manufactured fractional and sub-fractional horsepower pumps for a variety of OEM industries. While Initially focusing on the HVAC industry with reservoir style condensate removal pumps, Hartell pumps are now found in a wide variety of applications.

Industries include Food and Beverage use in commercial ice machines, dispensers, and coffee machines where NSF certification is required. Medical use for circulation of a sterilizer solution. Research laboratory use in a unique water pump driven aspiration/vacuum system. The many designs can be utilized in a variety of applications.

Seal-less pumps are used for solar hot water applications as well as radiant style heating systems - both on and off the electrical ãgridä. Reservoir pumps for waste water removal in commercial laundromats and water removal from commercial dehumidification devices used in the Renovation and Restoration industries.

Many applications can use common parts while others require a unique configuration of specialized components to meet the needs of the application. Hartellâs Design and Engineering group will work with the OEM to assemble the right pump for the application. With knowledge of distribution systems and pump dynamics the pump and motor assembly is configured for optimal size and performance relative to the application.

Cell manufacturing practices and an ISO 9001 style quality system are utilized at Hartell. Kanban inventory control at the floor level for raw materials allows Hartell to offer the same to the OEM. Using this approach, OEM inventory levels can be reduced and turns increased. The use of a Hartell pump will solve the application issue as well as inventory control concerns.
